Once we receive your form...

• We will contact you within 24 hours

• Delivery depends on the location of your event

• We will provide you a final invoice with the delivery fee included.

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to book your date

• There is a refundable $150 cleaning fee (refunded 1 - 2 days after event)

• We require a leveled and clean area to set up

• No Face Paint is allowed on our equipment

• No sharp objects

• No shoes

• A shadowed area

• We do not provide generators
